Jeff Walton Sarasota Conservation - | Sarasota conservation logo identity
|
Project Details A newly founded organization to reserve and conserve the bays, beaches and barrier islands on Florida´s gulf coast needed an identity system, and marketing package to help spread their message. The challenge was creating a design that illustrates the actual danger of these properties being robbed of their natural assets. The final logo is a mangrove which works in two ways. In its natural environment, the root system of the mangrove tree protects the shore from rapid erosion. But the mangrove tree itself is endangered due to human intervention on the natural coastlines.
